ON-CALL DISPATCH
Instantly click to "On-Call" from any part of the program to take a dispatch
call. From the customer maintenance screen, just click the Create Order
button. From the comment screen just click on the Issue button which
will allow you to note a comment and the Issue Button has now changed to a
Create Order button. Or even easier Just Click the Toolbar
button that has the telephone icon.
Track all work from phone call to order entry through to billing for 100% accuracy.
Check the customers current balance right here to help collect past due
