DISPATCH BOARD

Displays all Open Status and Closed Status Work Orders.
All Unassigned Work Orders appear in an easy to read format in the top box.
Your drivers open and closed orders are broken down in specific windows for each individual driver.
Since we are a Microsoft Solution Provider you have the ability to Drag and Drop any of your current orders between Unassigned Orders to specific Drivers or Routes.
You can also Move orders between certain Drivers or Routes if you need to do that "On-the-Fly".
With our Drill Down feature you can Double click on any order to return back to the On-Call Order screen.   From this screen you can then Close existing Open Orders when your Drivers call in after completing jobs.   This will allow you to rapidly be able to bill without waiting for paperwork from the driver.
