any problems or issues from start to finish, as well as seamlessly enter
an order after the issue is reported. Also, set up a follow up
date for better customer service.
Allow for all
issues to be tracked on an account by account basis.
Have multiple
issue types.
Ability to print
out the entire communication history for new Sales Reps or Managers. Highlight notes, export to
Word Processor for inclusions into memos or letters for print or e-mail.
