The Software Developer will possess a solid, consistent track record of development experience with presentation and n-tier architecture. You will have a background in ASP.NET, and VB6 or VB.NET, as well as an exceptional understanding of SQL Server 2008 including complex queries procedures and triggers.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary job duties of the Software Developer are as follows:
Work with Director of Quality Control to determine software development projects, project requirements, and business priorities
Master the software UI, business rules, and the client use of the software
Assist and support other developers and client service reps
Work with your team to accurately define work estimates, development priorities, schedules, resource requirements, and release plans
Drive yourself and the team to meet deliverables in different phases of software development: engineering designing, coding, testing, and releasing
Drive and influence the team to create high quality, maintainable codes
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
3 years of VB 6 and VB.NET
3 years of MS SQL experience
2 years of Crystal Reports or SRSS experience
Experience in analyzing and writing complex queries and stored procedures
2 years of object oriented design experience
2 years windows IIS web server experience
Classic ASP experience a plus
Positive, Resourceful, Can-Do Attitude
A strong attention to detail; great organizational skills.
Ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment.
Must thrive on working on a team as well as independently.
Must be able to demonstrate competence and self-motivation in analyzing problems and performing root cause analysis
